Development & Technology — Website Maintenance & Support
Keep your website secure, current and quietly improving after launch.
Monthly maintenance and technical support for websites and applications — updates, backups, monitoring, performance checks and an agreed allowance for small changes.
(01)Overview
About website maintenance & support
Websites are not finished at launch. Software needs updates, certificates renew, integrations change and content needs to stay current. Without regular attention, small issues become expensive problems.
Our maintenance arrangements are defined in writing: what is monitored, how often updates happen, how requests are submitted and what is included each month. Larger changes are quoted separately so the agreement stays predictable.

(08)Questions
Website Maintenance & Support: frequently asked
Can you maintain a website you did not build?
Often, yes. We start with a technical review to understand the code, hosting and any risks, and then propose a maintenance arrangement — or recommend changes first if the site is in poor condition.
What counts as a small change?
Typically text and image updates, minor layout adjustments and bug fixes. The exact allowance is defined in your agreement, and anything larger is estimated separately before work begins.
