Every project is governed by its own written proposal and agreement, which define the scope, deliverables, timeline, price, payment terms and other conditions. If anything on this website differs from your agreement, the agreement applies.

Accepting a proposal in the client portal records your acceptance of that proposal. It does not by itself replace any separate contract that may be required for your project.

Client portal

If you receive access to the client portal, keep your login details confidential and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You may use the portal only for your own projects with us.

Intellectual property

The content, design, text, graphics and code of this website belong to Andis Solutions or its licensors, unless stated otherwise. Ownership of work created for clients is defined in the relevant proposal and agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt to access data that does not belong to you, interfere with its security or submit unlawful, misleading or harmful content through its forms.

Liability
