01Overview

Our own brand needed to represent two disciplines at once: creative design and software development. Rather than reaching for technology clichés, we built the identity on typography, a warm editorial palette and a single geometric mark.

02Challenge

Studios that do both design and development often end up looking like neither — a generic tech palette with stock icons. We wanted an identity that felt crafted and human, yet precise enough to sit comfortably in a code editor or an invoice.

03Approach

We limited ourselves to four colors — Charcoal, Off-White, Burnt Orange and Warm Gray — and one type family for almost everything. The mark combines an open 'A' form with a small square: the idea and the thing that gets built.

04Design process

The wordmark was drawn around the weight and spacing of Manrope, then simplified until it held up as a 16-pixel favicon. Color pairs were checked for contrast so the palette works for accessible interfaces, not just presentations.

05Design direction

Editorial rather than futuristic. Generous negative space, confident type, and orange used sparingly as a signal rather than a decoration.
