01Overview

We built our website as a working platform rather than a brochure. Alongside the public site, it includes a structured project inquiry flow, a client portal for proposals, deliverables and invoices, and an admin dashboard for running the studio.

02Challenge

Agency websites often stop at a contact form, leaving proposals, approvals and files scattered across email. We wanted one system that follows a client from the first inquiry to final delivery — without pretending to do things it does not do, like processing payments we have not integrated.

03Approach

Content, packages and portfolio entries are managed from an admin dashboard and published without code changes. Client data is protected with authorization on the server and Row Level Security in the database, so each client only ever sees their own projects.

04Design & development

We started from the data model — inquiries, clients, projects, milestones, deliverables, proposals and invoices — and designed the interfaces around the real workflow. The public site was designed in parallel, sharing one set of design tokens.

05Design direction

Editorial layouts with varied compositions, a strict four-color palette and restrained motion that respects reduced-motion preferences.
